Timing — book by mid-May to install for kick-off
The fixture is fixed: kick-off 11 June 2026, final 19 July 2026. Equipment lead times are typically 2–4 weeks, install time 1–3 days. To be installed and tested before kick-off, we need to scope by mid-May at the latest.
- Now — site visit, spec, package agreement
- Mid-May — last call to commit for guaranteed pre-kick-off install
- Early June — installs running daily through to kick-off
- 11 June — kick-off (Mexico vs ?)
