Every installation starts with a site visit and a conversation about how the house is used. From that we produce a clear, room-by-room specification — what is controlled, how, and what stays as it is — before anything is ordered. Infrastructure and cabling come first, coordinated with your builder or electrician where other trades are involved; equipment installation and programming follow; and every system is handed over with training for the household and ongoing support from the team that installed it.
We work as a single point of contact across cinema, audio, video, lighting, control, networks and security, so the systems are designed together rather than assembled from separate suppliers. Most of our work is in existing homes, where modern wireless control and careful cable routing keep disruption low; new builds and renovations are pre-wired from the design stage.
An electrician wires the house; a smart home installer designs and programs the systems that run on it — lighting scenes, audio, video, control, networks and security — as one integrated whole, and supports them afterwards. We work alongside your electrician on the infrastructure.
